Under section 5(1) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, on 29 July 2025 the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Mr Robert John Nash as Chairperson of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal for a term commencing on 1 August 2025 and expiring on 31 July 2028. Under section 6(3) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, on 29 July 2025 the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Mr Phillip Andrew Gleeson as a member of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal for a term commencing on 1 August 2025 and expiring on 31 July 2028. Under section 6(3) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, on 29 July 2025 the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Ms Natalie Rae Sinton as a member of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal for a term commencing on 1 August 2025 and expiring on 31 July 2028.
