These rules are the Criminal Procedure Amendment Rules 2020 and amend the Criminal Procedure Rules 2005. They come into operation on the day they are published in the Gazette, except for the rest of the rules which commence the day after. Part 7A is inserted after rule 30 regarding application and notice for bail under the Bail Act 1982 s. 54, including forms 6A and 6B.
