Pursuant to section 56(1)(a) of the Court Security and Custodial Services Act 1999, I hereby revoke the following permit. This revocation is made having regard to the grounds referred to in section 54(1) (e), (f) and (h) of the Court Security and Custodial Services Act 1999.

Approves the temporary appointment of Hon M. D. Swinbourn MLC to act as Attorney General and Minister for Corrective Services, Commerce, Tertiary and International Education from September 24 to 27, 2026.
