Published by the Director of Energy Safety under regulation 49(2a) of the Regulations. This Notice is the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991—Notice (No. 2) 2019. This Notice comes into operation on the day on which this Notice is published in the Government Gazette. The Director specifies that additions apply to clauses 3.7 and 4.6 regarding galvanised steel poles and fibre reinforced cement poles.
