It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the shire of cunderdin local planning scheme no. 4 on 28 april 2025 for the purpose of— (i) rezoning lot 45 on plan 2691 (no. 1) main street and lot 15 on diagram 19897 lundy avenue, cunderdin from ‘light industry’ to service commercial’; (ii) rezoning lot 44 on plan 2691 (no. 3) main street, cunderdin from ‘residential’ to ‘service commercial’; and (iii) amending the scheme map accordingly.
