I, richard sellers, the director general at the department of energy, mines, industry regulation and safety, pursuant to the powers conferred on me by section 9(1) of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012, declare the following land to be an abandoned mine site for the purposes of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012— land within and surrounding the town of yalgoo for approximately one kilometre. being the land shown hatched in black set out in schedule 1.
