Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 16 august 2016, are required by the executor, being maria elisabeth theresia lidwina smitfoort, to send the particulars of their claim to busselton law, [contact details redacted], after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
