Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 october 2017, are required by the trustees, judith carey and carol clinch, to send particulars of their claims to busselton law, [contact details redacted] 6280 by the 8th day of january 2018, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
