This by-law amends the Government Railways (Parking Stations) By-law 1997. It relates to parking charges, recovery of removed vehicles, disposal of uncollected vehicles, and recovery of costs. It also covers notices to drivers and responsible persons for offences against the by-law, and averments in prosecution notices.
