This by-law amends the Government Railways (Removal and Disposal of Vehicles) By-law 1978. It relates to the removal and disposal of vehicles left on a railway for a period in excess of 7 days, allowing authorised persons to enter and remove vehicles, and outlines the process for disposal and application of proceeds. Custody fees are amended to $60 plus $2.60 per kilometre, and $10 for each day or part day of custody.
