Notice Text
Under section 16 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the Western Australian Planning Commission may delegate any function to a member, committee or officer of the WAPC or to a public authority. The WAPC resolved to delegate powers and functions under sections 15, 21 and 22 of the Strata Titles Act 1985 to the Manager Building Permit Authority in the Housing Authority, subject to conditions.
