It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dowerin Local Planning Scheme amendment on 12 June 2017 for the purpose of amending the Shire of Dowerin Local Planning Scheme No. 2 by modifying the preamble, inserting references to deemed and supplemental provisions, deleting and replacing terms, and making additional amendments to scheme provisions.
