It is notified for public information that on 17 december 2024, the governor, under the interpretation act 1984 section 12(a), committed the administration of the privacy and responsible information sharing act 2024 as follows—part 3 and schedule 2, to the minister for innovation and the digital economy; and the rest of the act, to the attorney general.
