In the matter of the estate of Judith Nellie Hatherley, late of 7/1-[contact details redacted] Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 14th day of July 2022, are required by the executors, Robert George Hatherley and Nicole Dianne Hinwood, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Level 2, [contact details redacted] Western Australia, by the 15th day of November 2022, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
