Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 february 2021, are required by the trustee, natale ricciardi of care of frichot lawyers, level 1 manning buildings, [contact details redacted] mall, fremantle, western australia, to send particulars of their claim to him by 18 november 2022, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
