It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of South Perth Local Planning Scheme amendment on 8 November 2017 for the purpose of— 1. Amending clause 5.4(10)(e to read as follows— (e) notwithstanding clause 5.4 (10)(b) and clause 5.4 (10)(c), awnings, canopies and balcony balustrades are permitted to extend beyond the three-dimensional building envelopes depicted in figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 provided that no portion of any balcony extends beyond the lot boundaries of sites j and k.
