Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 16 january 2024 are required by the executors, jonathon daniel kennington and steven allen kennington, c/- bell & co legal, po box 71, pinjarra wa 6208 to send particulars of their claims to the address stated herein within one month of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
