Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 9 july 2024 are required by the executor, jarrod herbert nicholas buttery, c/- bell & co legal, [contact details redacted] address stated herein within one month of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
