Notice regarding the grains, seeds and hay industry declared pest control and compensation funding scheme area of operation and rate of contributions for the financial year 2022-23. The scheme operates in agricultural areas of the state, excluding the Kimberley and pastoral areas. Contribution rates are $0.25 per tonne for grain or seed and $0.125 per tonne for hay. Funds are allocated proportionally to three-horned bedstraw (6%) and skeleton weed (94%).
