These regulations are the transport regulations amendment (fees and charges) regulations 2022. Part 1 comes into operation on the day of gazettal, and the rest on 1 july 2022. Part 2 amends the marine and harbours (departmental areas) regulations 1998. Part 3 amends the navigable waters regulations 1958, with various fees amended as listed in the table.
