ZZ407 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants The late Robert John Thomas of Tuia Lodge, 30 Allnutt Street, Donnybrook in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (pursuant to Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased, who died on 29 October 2024 at Donnybrook by the executors Linda Marie Nelson and Terri Lee Wilson to send particulars of their claim to Martin Hynes Lawyers, PO Box 422, Bunbury, WA, 6231 within one (1) month of the date of publication after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
