ZZ409 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Creditors and other persons having claims on the estate of the late Marie Ann Plunkett of 11 Masters Way, Lancelin, Western Australia, deceased who died on 3 June 2025, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, Paul Raymond Plunkett, care of Owen Legal, PO Box Z5580, St Georges Terrace, WA, 6831, within one month from which the date on which this notice is published, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice. ———————————
