Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 june 2019, are required by the executor of the estate of the deceased, mr richard parker camm, of [contact details redacted] their claims to camm & associates, within one month of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
