Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 may 2019, are required by the executor, mr elgar david o’mahony, of “serena”, [contact details redacted] claims to camm & associates, within one month of this notice, after which the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
