These rules are the rules of wagering amendment rules 2017. These rules come into operation as follows: rules 1 and 2 on the day on which these rules are published in the gazette; the rest of the rules on the day after that day. These rules amend the rules of wagering 2005. In rule 3(1) delete the definition of australian prices network. In rule 3(1) insert in alphabetical order: pricing information body means the body selected from time to time by rwwa to be the body responsible for determining the australian on-course bookmakers’ pricing information.
