Made by the Minister for Commerce and Industrial Relations under section 12E of the Act. This order is the Retail Trading Hours (Shire of Esperance) Christmas Variation Order 2017. General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Esperance local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed on Sunday 24 December 2017 from 10.00 am until 4.00 pm.
