Under section 23(2b) of the act and clause 5(1) of the soil and land conservation (chittering valley land conservation district) order 1992, members are appointed to the land conservation district committee for the chittering valley land conservation district. Members appointed will hold office for a term beginning on 1 january 2019 and expiring on 31 december 2021.
