The Minister for Planning; Lands has granted approval to the declaration of a Planning Control Area over land at Lots 2, 3 and 4 Tonkin Drive, North Yunderup in the Shire of Murray as shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) plan 3.2711. The purpose is to protect the environmental values of the land. The declaration remains in effect for five years from the date of publication or until revoked by the WAPC with approval by the Minister. Penalty for failure to comply is $200,000 and $25,000 for each day the offence continues.
