Made by the Chief Psychiatrist under section 544 of the Act. This order is the Mental Health Service (Approval to Perform Electroconvulsive Therapy) Order (No. 1) 2018. The mental health service specified in Schedule 1 to this order is approved to perform electroconvulsive therapy. The approval to perform electroconvulsive therapy in clause 3 will be reviewed by the Chief Psychiatrist on or before 28 November 2021.
