In the estate of Eden Paul Knight late of [contact details redacted] person having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 18th day of January 2020, are required by the personal representative Robert John Knight of [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to Merle Bloch Barrister & Solicitor of Suite 3, [contact details redacted] 27th day of August 2020 after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
