In the estate of Donna Michelle Butler, late of 16 Emsworth Way, Balga, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other person having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 2nd day of April 2018, are required by the personal representatives Karen Jane Andrews, 20 Glenbrook Drive, Ballajura, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to Merle Bloch Barrister & Solicitor of Suite 3, 5 Colin Street, West Perth, Western Australia by the 30th day of June 2018, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
