Exemption of the Preston Valley Irrigation Co-operative Ltd for the provision of a water service in the region of Donnybrook. Hon Dave Kelly MLA, Minister for Water, has granted an exemption from the application of section 5(1) of the Act to the Preston Valley Irrigation Co-operative Ltd for the provision of a non-potable water supply service to third party customers and for the provision of irrigation and non-potable water services to its members. The exemption will come into effect on the day it is published in the Government Gazette and is valid for an indefinite period.
