Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the late Stewart John Behrent of 11 Longfield Road, Maddington, Western Australia, who died on 14 February 2019, are required by the personal representative Susan Lois Behrent to send particulars of their claims to Irdi Legal, 248 Oxford Street, Leederville, Western Australia 6007 by 2 December 2019 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which she then has notice. Irdi Legal as solicitors for the personal representative.
