Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22/06/2023, are required by the executor steven ashley drummond of [contact details redacted] 6027 to send particulars of their claims to him within 30 days by registered mail after which date he may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
