Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 31 january 2023, are required by the administrator of the estate, george grasa of gg legal, [contact details redacted] their claims to him at the address stated herein within 30 days of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
