This notice, made by the Minister for Police, approves specific apparatus for ascertaining vehicle speed under the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008. It also rescinds all previous approvals of the named apparatus. Clauses 1 and 2 commence on publication in the Gazette, with the rest of the notice commencing the day after.
