CE403 CEMETERIES ACT 1986 Section 53 Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup In accordance with the powers conferred by Section 53 of the Cemeteries Act 1986 the Council of the Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup resolved on 27 May 2026 to set the following fees and charges for 2026/27, with effect 14 days from the date of this gazettal notice. CEMETERY FEES AND CHARGES FEES AND GST CHARGES 2026/27 Plot fees Mausoleum—Site fee per m2 of rate equivalent to normal grave POA Y site Grant of Right of Burial Grant of Right of Burial—Land 2.5m x 1.25m (plus $871.00 N administration fee) Pre-need Grant of Right of Burial (plus administration fee) $1,134.00 N Transfer of Form of Grant of Right of Burial—or issue of Copy of $55.15 N Grant Renewal of Grant of Right of Burial $110.25 N Interment Fees (applicable to burials scheduled and completed between 9.00am to 2.45pm weekdays. Additional fees apply outside those times.)
