Nathan Harrison, Executive Director, Fisheries and Aquaculture, as delegate of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, has decided to grant an application submitted by Pearls Pty Ltd to issue a pearl oyster farm lease at Darcy Island. The lease expires on 06 August 2027. A person aggrieved by this decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review within 28 days of publication.
