I, jai thomas, a/director general of the department of energy, mines, industry regulation and safety, pursuant to the powers conferred on me by section 9(4) of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012, revoke the notice published in the gazette on 21 april 2023 which declared, under section 9(1) of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012, the following land to be an abandoned mine site for the purposes of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012—land surrounding the stewart shaft cue. being the land shown hatched in black set out in schedule 1.
