In the matter of the estate of Lina Maria Palermo, late of 9 Talga Close, Wilson in Western Australia, accounts & purchasing officer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 January 2017, are required by the executor of care of Fort Knox Legal, P.O. Box 390, West Perth, WA 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to Fort Knox Legal by 13 June 2017, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
