Enacts the Shire of Esperance Fencing Local Law 2018, repealing previous fencing local laws.

The council of the Shire of Esperance resolved on 26 June 2018 to make the Shire of Esperance Fencing Local Law 2018. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. Repeals previous fencing local laws from 2002, 2009 and 2011. This local law applies throughout the district.
