In the matter of the estate of Warren John Atkinson, late of 305 Hawtin Road, Forrestfield in the state of Western Australia, geologist, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 November 2017, are required by the executrix of care of Fort Knox Legal, po box 390, West Perth wa 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to Fort Knox Legal by 30 June 2018, after which date the executrix may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
