It is hereby advised that the following persons are appointed as City of Perth Bush Fire Control Officers pursuant to Section 38 of the Bush Fires Act 1954.

Requires landowners and occupiers within the City of Perth to remove inflammable matter and establish firebreaks by October 31, 2026, and maintain them until April 30, 2027.
Requires landowners/occupiers to remove inflammable matter from their land by October 31, 2020, and maintain it until April 30, 2021.
Appoints Konrad Seidl as Chief Bush Fire Control Officer and Vivian Browne as Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer for the City of Perth, along with other Bush Fire Control Officers.
Approves City of Perth local planning scheme amendment related to plot ratio and land use in Claisebrook Inlet and East Perth.
