Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land within the City of Perth, pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, to remove inflammable matter from land on or before 31st October 2026 or within 14 days of becoming owner/occupier after this date, and thereafter up to and including 30th April 2027. Requirements include clearing inflammable matter from land 2000m2 or less, and establishing 3-metre wide and high firebreaks on other land.
