Nathan Harrison, Executive Director, Fisheries and Aquaculture, as delegate of the CEO of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, has made the decision to grant an application submitted by Paspaley Pearling Company Pty Ltd to vary a pearl oyster farm lease in respect of an area of water located at Mura Bay, by issuing a new lease over the area and cancelling the preexisting lease. The lease expires 31 March 2031. A person aggrieved by this decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review within 28 days of publication.
