Nathan Harrison, Executive Director, Fisheries and Aquaculture, as delegate of the CEO of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, has made the decision to grant an application submitted by Pearls Pty Ltd to vary a pearl oyster farm lease in respect of an area of water located at North East Augustus Island, by issuing a new lease and subsequently cancelling the preexisting lease. A person aggrieved by this decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review.
