The council of the Shire of Dundas resolved on the 17th October 2017 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Dundas Activities on Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Amendment Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Shire of Dundas Activities on Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2016 as published in the Government Gazette on 29 September 2016. In clause 6.8(2), delete paragraph (a).
