It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Wanneroo Local Planning Scheme amendment on 23 September 2021 for the purpose to allow Retirement Village, Reception Centre, Aged and Dependent Persons’ Dwelling as additional uses at Lot 23 (198) Mary Street, Wanneroo and amends Schedule 2 of District Planning Scheme No. 2 as follows—additional use and street/ particulars no conditions (where locality of land applicable) a43 1-43 198 Mary Street, Lot 23 Retirement Village, Reception Centre, Wanneroo Aged and Dependent Persons’ Dwelling and amends the Scheme Map accordingly.
