It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Victoria Plains Local Planning Scheme amendment on 10 August 2021 for the purpose of aligning the scheme text with model provisions, amending scheme text and maps, and updating land descriptions.
