In the estate of Stella Henderson late of [contact details redacted] Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 June 2023, are required by the administrator, Wayne Joseph Russell of [contact details redacted] Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to him, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
